    Dr. Adam Roggia is the Chief Executive Officer of Sports Medicine Associates of San Antonio, a multi-specialty orthopedic and sports medicine practice, serving over 8 locations in San Antonio, Texas. SMASA serves professional, college, and high school sports throughout San Antonio.
    Dr. Roggia began his career in private practice physical therapy, moving into administrative and director roles shortly thereafter, with primary emphasis in private practice operations and revitalization. He has been part of several cultural and operational reorganizations, leading to significant growth in patient volume, referrals, and practice income through use of consistent principles and an emphasis on cultural value.
    He is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist of the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, holds a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia; a Masters of Business Administration with concentration and management from Texas A&M International University, a Masters of Science in Sports Conditioning and Performance from Southern Utah University, and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University.
    Adam, and his wife Hayley, are the proud parents of four children, and two rescue dogs, Abby and Maggie.
