Data is all around us if we just know where to look. One of the challenges practices face is knowing how to choose which data to track, how to report on it and when to report it. In this session, attendees will learn about the importance of accountability cadence and trend reporting across various staff levels. These methods have produced significant results in team accountability and practice production. This session is for beginning to intermediate leaders looking to leverage data to improve their practice.
